How it works

From the plan to the care conversation.

Bonsai is a pre-production precision liquid dosing device. The app and Care Portal demos show this journey with fictional example data, not working hardware.

Five steps

A different role at each step.

Follow the proposed experience, with the software demo and hardware concept clearly separated.

  1. 01

    Set the planned amount

The clinician sets the amount, daily session limit, and duration. A planned amount does not measure bodily intake.

  2. 02

    Check the product identity

The patient app shows the plan and reported product, batch, and available lab details. Bonsai's physical single-use pod reading remains proposed; the software record cannot verify pod contents.

  3. 03

    The patient starts the session

In the demo, the patient starts a simulated session in the app. On Bonsai, they would start on the device. Neither allows remote starts or dose changes outside the clinician’s plan.

  4. 04

    Record device activity and feedback

The software demonstration records simulated session events separately from patient feedback and side effects. These events do not prove chemical intake. An offline record stays marked as saved on the phone until it can upload.

  5. 05

    Review the session record

After upload, a linked care team can review the record in the demo. Uploaded does not mean reviewed.
